Get your California Real Estate Salespersons License
|
The California code requires that in order to have a salesperson's license one must be:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Be Honest.
- Satisfactorily complete required California pre-requisite courses called, Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice and one elective course or your choice.
- Pass the State DRE Salespersons Examination.

You can complete our courses with our quick and easy correspondence school program. We include review
questions for the state examination for no additional fee.
Most schools charge you a fee for your principles course then charge you another fee for your
review questions. However, our program is all inclusive. We also offer a comprehensive SurePass™

Completing the courses is easy. You receive college level textbooks along with a student package of review questions for each chapter. You will review the chapters, complete the open book assignments and complete an on-line 100 question multiple choice, open-book final examination. You need to score only 70% on the final exam in order to receive our course certificate for the courses completed.
It's not only convenient for you, but you will find our course fun and easy to understand. Many pictures and illustrations make it a practical learning experience.
Once you have completed the course, we issue you a certificate of completion, and furnish you with a state examination application(hotlink). You can then go on-line to the DRE to schedule your exam date and begin studying for you estate examination by reviewing the popular and current practice review questions, answers, and explanations.
